1. Parties
These Service Terms are concluded between:
- Service Provider: Mark Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi, Istanbul Trade Registry No. 348433-5, MERSIS No. 0612151602000001, at Üçevler Mahallesi 955. Sokak No: 1 D: 38, 34513 Esenyurt, Istanbul, Türkiye (the "Company"); and
- Applicant: the person identified in the Transaction Summary who requests the service for themselves or, with lawful authority, for another traveler.
The Applicant and traveler may be different persons. The person confirming the transaction represents that they have authority to act for every traveler included in the transaction.
2. Documents forming the agreement
The agreement consists of:
- these Visa Application Support Service Terms;
- the Visa Preliminary Information;
- the Visa Distance Service Agreement;
- the immutable Transaction Summary displayed before final confirmation;
- any country-specific supplement expressly linked to the transaction;
- any separate early-performance request or other declaration made by the Applicant.
The Privacy Notice is an information document, not part of the contract acceptance. Optional marketing or conditional data consents are separate choices.
3. Private and optional nature of the service
The Company is a private service provider. It is not a government authority, embassy or consulate and does not issue visas or decide entry into Türkiye.
For Türkiye e-Visa, the official government portal is evisa.gov.tr. An eligible person may apply directly through that portal without buying the Company's service. The Applicant chooses the Company's paid support because they want the service described in the Transaction Summary.
4. Selected service
The selected service may include some or all of the following, as stated in the Transaction Summary:
- review of the information supplied for completeness, format and apparent consistency;
- identification of visible discrepancies or missing items;
- preparation and organization of application information;
- guidance concerning supporting documents shown by the official flow;
- submission support to the relevant official system based on Applicant-supplied information;
- Company-side tracking and communication;
- result or document delivery support;
- correction or customer-support handling within the agreed scope.
The Company does not authenticate documents, conduct a legal investigation into their truth, or replace the Official Authority's assessment.
5. Eligibility and route assessment
Any eligibility or route result is preliminary and is based on the Applicant's answers, the rule revision recorded for the transaction and the current official conditions available to the Company. The official evisa.gov.tr flow and competent authorities determine the actual requirements and outcome.
The Company may stop or redirect the service where the information indicates visa exemption, a consular or sticker-visa process, an unsupported purpose, an ineligible travel document or a need for manual clarification. A preliminary result is not a guarantee that an application can or will be submitted.
6. Processing options and service windows
The Applicant may select a Company processing option displayed as Standard, Fast, Express or another available label. An Express option may identify a target window such as 24, 12, 4 or 1 hour.
These options govern only the Company's own operational priority and target time for review, preparation, submission support and delivery. They do not govern the official system's response time and do not guarantee visa approval.
Unless the Transaction Summary expressly states otherwise, the Company service clock begins only after:
- the required information and documents are complete and readable;
- the Applicant has confirmed the Transaction Summary and the applicable contract documents;
- payment has been successfully confirmed;
- no correction, additional verification or payment-security review is outstanding; and
- the service is within the applicable operating and cutoff conditions disclosed before payment.
Time spent waiting for the Applicant, an official system, a bank, a payment provider or a force-majeure event is not counted where the Transaction Summary or Distance Service Agreement so provides. Any express performance commitment is interpreted narrowly and only for the Company's service.
7. Applicant obligations
The Applicant must:
- provide accurate, complete, current and non-misleading information;
- enter travel-document details exactly as shown in the document to be used;
- select the correct issuing country or region and document type;
- ensure that travel dates and document validity meet official requirements;
- satisfy and retain evidence of every supporting condition shown in the official flow;
- review every field and uploaded document before final confirmation;
- promptly answer correction, verification or document requests;
- keep application references and secure links confidential;
- check the delivered result or document immediately;
- comply with applicable law and avoid unauthorized or fraudulent use.
The Applicant remains responsible even where the Company performs an apparent-consistency check.
8. Fees and payment
The Transaction Summary identifies the currency and price items. The total may include the Company's service fee, an official visa or document fee and payment-processing charges. An optional insurance premium is separate and applies only if selected.
The Applicant authorizes collection of the displayed total when confirming payment. Payment may be processed through a secure payment provider. A payment authorization is not an approval decision and does not by itself mean the service has been fully performed.
The Company may pause a transaction where payment is incomplete, reversed, disputed, duplicated or subject to reasonable security review.
9. Official fees and third-party amounts
Where the Company pays an official fee or another third-party amount for the Applicant, that amount is used solely for the identified transaction. Once transferred or consumed, refund depends on the rules and actual refund of the official system or third party, subject to mandatory law.
The Company will not describe an official fee as its own service fee. The transaction record must preserve the itemized breakdown shown before payment.
10. Correction and re-application
If the Company identifies an apparent error before submission, it may request correction. The Applicant must verify the corrected information.
If an error supplied or approved by the Applicant is discovered after submission or document issuance, the official process may require a new application and new fees. If the error was caused solely by the Company's proven failure to use the correctly confirmed information, the Company will provide an appropriate correction, repeat service or refund for the affected Company service, together with any other mandatory remedy.
11. Cancellation, withdrawal and refund
The detailed rules are in the Visa Distance Service Agreement. In summary:
- where the Applicant has a statutory withdrawal right and gives a valid notice before performance begins, all payments received for that distance service are refunded in accordance with mandatory law;
- if the Applicant separately requests and consents to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires, the statutory withdrawal right is no longer exercisable from the moment performance begins, where the applicable distance-contract rule so provides;
- a request made after that point is assessed under the Company's contractual cancellation policy, taking account of the unperformed Company service and recoverable official or third-party amounts; it is not treated as statutory withdrawal;
- an official fee already transferred as part of performance is refundable only if the official system returns it or mandatory law requires otherwise;
- visa refusal or denial of entry does not by itself establish defective performance by the Company;
- duplicate or erroneous collection is corrected after verification;
- mandatory consumer remedies for defective, late or non-performed services remain reserved.
12. No guarantee
The Company does not guarantee eligibility, approval, official processing time, validity period, permitted stay, number of entries, airline acceptance or admission at the border.
The final decision belongs to the competent authorities. Even an issued visa or e-Visa does not create an absolute right of entry.
13. Communications and delivery
The Company may communicate through the email, telephone, status page or other channel supplied by the Applicant. The Applicant must monitor messages and spam folders and keep contact details current.
A document or result made available through the secure status area or sent to the confirmed email address is treated as electronically delivered, subject to proof and mandatory law. The Applicant must report an apparent error without delay.
14. Security and misuse
The Company may use transaction, IP, device, payment and application history to detect unauthorized, repeated or suspicious activity. It may request additional verification, suspend submission, cancel an unprocessed transaction or preserve records for legal review.
A chargeback does not automatically cancel the service or determine entitlement to a refund. The Company may submit lawful application, acceptance, service, payment and communication records to the relevant bank or payment institution.
15. Liability
The liability rules in the general Terms apply. The Company remains responsible for direct loss caused by its proven breach of the service expressly undertaken, subject to mandatory law.
The Company is not responsible for an Official Authority's decision, a border or airline decision, official-system interruption, Applicant-supplied error, supporting-document invalidity or another event outside its reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Privacy
Personal-data processing is explained in the Visa Privacy Notice, general Privacy Policy and Türkiye Visa Privacy Supplement. Contract acceptance is not treated as consent to an unrelated data-processing or marketing purpose.
17. Records and electronic acceptance
The Applicant confirms these Terms electronically through the separate contract-acceptance control. The Company may retain the locale, revision, resolved document digest, Transaction Summary, acceptance time, transaction reference and security evidence to prove the agreement.
The Applicant must be able to save or access the contract documents on a durable medium. The recorded version governs the transaction.
18. Governing law and disputes
Turkish law applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved. Complaints may be submitted through the Company's support channels. Consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts and other competent remedies may be used as provided by law.
The English and Turkish versions are intended to match. The Turkish version is used for interpretation to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
