The address entered on the transaction. It is only compared with the address recorded on the transaction and is never shown back to you.

What the result means

The status service reports the stage recorded in the Visas.org.tr workflow. Depending on the transaction, it may show that information was received, a correction is required, payment is pending, a provider response is awaited, a policy or document is ready, or the transaction has been completed.

A platform status does not by itself constitute a visa decision, entry permission, insurance coverage, claim acceptance or bank confirmation. Read the detailed message and the next action shown with the result.

A result is shown only when the reference and the email address entered together match one recorded transaction. If either does not match, the same "no record" answer is returned, so a reference on its own never discloses another person's transaction.

If no record is found

Check the reference for typing errors and enter the same email address that was supplied in the transaction. The same answer is shown whether the reference is unknown or the email address does not match that transaction, so it does not indicate which of the two was wrong. If the problem continues, contact support and include the reference and the email address used in the application.
