Where application support, checks and process communication are offered, they are the platform's own service and are separate from any official procedure.

- A result shown here is not a visa decision, and a status recorded here does not replace a decision of a competent authority or an insurer.
- It does not provide insurance cover itself; the insurance company named in the quotation or policy does.
