This information must be presented before the Applicant becomes bound by the paid distance service. It must be displayed together with the immutable Transaction Summary and made available on a durable medium.

- Website: visas.org.tr
The Company is a private service provider, not a government authority. The official Türkiye e-Visa portal is evisa.gov.tr, and eligible persons may apply there directly without purchasing this service.
2. Essential characteristics of the service
The Company provides the visa application support service identified in the Transaction Summary. Depending on the selected option, this may include apparent-consistency and completeness review, application preparation, correction requests, submission support, Company-side tracking and result or document delivery support.
The service does not include making the official decision, guaranteeing approval, changing official requirements, guaranteeing an official completion time or guaranteeing admission at the border.
3. Transaction-specific information
The Transaction Summary forms an integral part of this preliminary information and must show, as applicable:
- Applicant and traveler reference;
- destination and service family;
- nationality and travel-document type used for the assessment;
- planned arrival date;
- selected Standard, Fast or Express option and any Company target window;
- the event that starts the Company's service clock and the disclosed cutoff or exception rules;
- each price item, currency and total amount;
- the Company's service fee;
- the official visa or document fee, if any;
- bank, card or payment-processing charges, if any;
- whether an optional insurance product is included or excluded;
- the expected performance and delivery method;
- the revision of the official-rule and fee sources used for the transaction.
The Applicant must not confirm the transaction if any item is missing or incorrect.
4. Price and payment
The Applicant pays only the itemized total shown before confirmation. Payment is generally made by the card or other method shown on the payment page. Full card data is processed by the secure payment provider and is not stored in the Company's application database.
A successful payment does not mean that a visa has been approved. It allows the Company to start or continue the selected private service under the agreement.
5. Performance and delivery
The service begins at the time defined in the Transaction Summary, normally after complete information and documents, contract confirmation, successful payment and completion of any required verification.
The result or document is delivered through the secure status area on the website and, where the Transaction Summary identifies one, through a further channel confirmed before payment. The Applicant must monitor the status area and verify the delivered information promptly.
A Standard, Fast or Express period concerns only the Company's own service. The official authority's response time is outside the Company's control.
6. Right of withdrawal and request for early performance
Where the Applicant is a consumer and no exception applies, a distance service generally carries a statutory withdrawal right beginning when the contract is concluded. The applicable period, method and any more favorable mandatory rule remain reserved.
Because the Applicant may request urgent processing, the Company may ask for a separate request to begin performance before the withdrawal period expires. Before this choice is made, the transaction must state the legal consequence that applies to the actual service. Beginning or fully performing the service may limit or end the statutory withdrawal right only to the extent and under the conditions permitted by mandatory law. The system must not present a generic statement that the right is automatically lost merely because a checkbox is selected.
The Applicant may decline early performance. Where no other lawful start condition applies, the Company does not begin the requested early work before the applicable withdrawal period expires. If an urgent option depends on an earlier start, the effect of declining must be shown before confirmation and the option must not be activated without the separate request.
The loss or unavailability of the statutory withdrawal right does not remove mandatory remedies for defective, late or non-performed service.
7. Cancellation and refunds
If a valid statutory withdrawal notice is given before performance begins, the Company refunds all payments received for that distance service within the period and by the method required by mandatory law, without imposing a fee on the Applicant.
If a cancellation or withdrawal request is made after early performance begins, its legal classification and financial consequences are determined under mandatory law and the transaction record. Where the statutory right remains available, only deductions expressly permitted by law may be applied. Where a lawful exception has arisen, the request is also assessed under the contractual cancellation policy according to the unperformed Company service, recoverable official or third-party amounts and recorded service stages. Remedies for defective, late or non-performed service remain unaffected.
An official fee already transferred as part of performance is refundable only if the official system returns it or mandatory law requires the Company to refund it. Visa refusal or denial of entry does not automatically require refund of a correctly performed Company service. Duplicate payment, technical overcollection or a proven Company error is corrected.
Refund requests may be submitted through the Company's contact or cancellation/refund channel. Refunds are made through the original payment method where required or reasonably possible and within the applicable legal or contractual period.
8. Applicant obligations and main risks
The Applicant must provide correct and current information, use the travel document intended for travel, meet official supporting conditions and respond promptly to correction or verification requests.
Incorrect data may require a new application and new fees. Official requirements may change. An issued visa does not guarantee boarding or entry. The Applicant should avoid non-refundable travel commitments based solely on an expected result date.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints may be sent through visas.org.tr, to the registered address or to the KEP address. The Company will review the transaction record and respond through an appropriate channel.
Mandatory rights to apply to a consumer arbitration committee, consumer court or another competent mechanism remain reserved. Turkish law applies.
10. Privacy
Personal-data processing is explained in the Visa Privacy Notice, Privacy Policy and Türkiye Visa Privacy Supplement. Those notices are separate from contract acceptance. Optional marketing and conditional data consents are also separate.
11. Durable medium and electronic evidence
This information, the agreement and the Transaction Summary are shown before confirmation and each transactional document also has its own address on the website, so it can be read, printed or saved at any time. The Company records the displayed locale, revision, digest, confirmation time and transaction reference to evidence what was presented. A copy may also be requested from the registered address or KEP address of the Company.
