Website Terms of Use and General Platform Terms

Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. Operator

visas.org.tr is owned and operated by Mark Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi (the "Company", "Mark Sigorta", "we", "us" or "our").

Company details

  • Trade name: Mark Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi

  • Website: visas.org.tr

These Terms govern access to and use of the public pages, forms, status tools and digital services made available through visas.org.tr and its language and country paths.

2. Important status of the website

The Company is a private company. It is not the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an embassy, a consulate, a migration authority, a border authority or another public institution. The Company does not issue visas, residence permits or entry permissions and cannot make or alter a decision of a competent authority.

The official government portal for Türkiye e-Visa applications is evisa.gov.tr. A person who is eligible for a Türkiye e-Visa may apply directly through that government portal without purchasing a private support service from the Company.

No content, visual presentation, domain name or service on this website should be interpreted as a statement that the Company is a public authority or is endorsed by a public authority, unless a specific written authorization is expressly identified and can be independently verified.

3. Documents that apply to a transaction

These Terms are general website and platform terms. A transaction may also be governed by documents presented in the relevant flow, including:

  • country-specific terms or privacy supplements;
  • visa service terms, preliminary information and a distance service agreement;
  • insurance service terms, pre-contractual information, a distance financial services agreement, the selected insurer's information form, policy, special conditions and general conditions;
  • a transaction summary showing the selected service, dates, price items, currency, processing option, insurer or product where applicable;
  • separate notices or declarations required by law.

Where a transaction-specific document contains a more specific rule for that transaction, the specific rule applies to the extent of that subject. A public privacy notice is not a contract and is not treated as an acceptance or consent document.

4. Definitions

For these Terms:

  • User means any visitor to the website.
  • Applicant means a person who submits information, starts or completes a visa-related process, requests insurance, makes a payment, tracks a transaction or contacts the Company.
  • Representative means a person who acts for another person with lawful authority.
  • Platform Service means the digital intake, validation, preparation, tracking, payment coordination, communication, support or insurance agency function expressly shown in the relevant flow.
  • Official Authority means a government, diplomatic, consular, immigration, border or other authority legally competent to decide the relevant matter.
  • Insurer means the licensed insurance company identified in the quote, pre-contractual information or policy and responsible for insurance coverage.
  • Transaction Summary means the immutable summary displayed before final confirmation and retained with the transaction record.

5. Permitted use and capacity

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. By submitting information, you confirm that:

  • you have legal capacity to perform the transaction or are acting through a parent, guardian or other authorized person;
  • the information relates to you or to a person whom you are legally authorized to represent;
  • you will provide accurate, complete, current and non-misleading information;
  • you will not use another person's identity, payment method, application reference or documents without authority;
  • you will review the relevant information and documents before final confirmation.

When an application is submitted for a child or another person lacking full legal capacity, the person submitting it confirms that they are the parent, guardian or otherwise legally authorized representative and may lawfully provide the relevant personal data and documents.

6. Nature and scope of Platform Services

Depending on the page and selected service, the Company may:

  • collect and organize application information;
  • perform format, completeness and apparent consistency checks;
  • identify the route or service indicated by the information submitted;
  • request corrections, confirmations or additional documents;
  • prepare information for submission to an official system or other necessary recipient;
  • coordinate payment and provide a secure payment handoff;
  • maintain a Company-side application or policy status record;
  • deliver result information or documents received through the relevant process;
  • act as an insurance agency for products offered by insurers for which it is authorized;
  • provide customer support concerning a transaction.

The precise service is the service identified in the Transaction Summary. The Company is not required to perform a service that is not shown as available, is prohibited by law, falls outside its authority or cannot be performed because required information, payment, verification or third-party availability is missing.

7. General information is not a decision or professional advice

Public pages, eligibility explanations, frequently asked questions, examples, checklists and automated results are general information. They are not a visa decision, legal opinion, immigration advice, tax advice, medical advice or a guarantee that a document or policy will be accepted for a particular purpose.

Visa rules, fees, eligibility conditions, supporting-document requirements and authority practices can change. For Türkiye e-Visa matters, the conditions shown in the live official evisa.gov.tr application flow for the applicant's country or region, travel document, date and circumstances are the primary authority.

You remain responsible for checking official requirements that apply on the date of travel or transaction and for obtaining professional advice where your circumstances require it.

8. Application references, secure links and status tools

The website may use application references, signed links, one-time tokens or similar security mechanisms. You must keep these details confidential and must not share them with an unauthorized person.

The status tool reports records held by the Company and its service workflow. It is not a direct query of a government database unless the result expressly says otherwise. A status label may describe the Company's processing stage, a payment stage, a provider response or a document-delivery stage. It does not by itself establish visa approval, entry permission, insurance coverage or claim acceptance.

The Company may limit repeated status searches, request additional verification or temporarily suspend access where necessary to protect personal data and prevent abuse.

9. Prices, fees and payment

Before a paid transaction is confirmed, the relevant screen must show the price items and total amount applicable to that transaction. Depending on the service, the total may include:

  • a Company service fee;
  • an official visa or document fee;
  • an insurance premium and any selected additional coverage;
  • tax, bank, card, virtual POS or payment-processing charges where applicable;
  • another third-party charge clearly identified before payment.

An official fee, insurance premium or third-party charge is not the same as the Company's service fee. The Applicant must review each item, the currency and the total before payment.

Payment transactions may be processed by banks, payment institutions or secure card infrastructures. The Company does not store full card numbers or card security codes in its own application database. Limited payment references and status information may be retained for accounting, security, refund, reconciliation and dispute purposes.

A successful card authorization does not necessarily mean that a visa application has been approved, that a policy has been issued or that insurance coverage has begun. The relevant transaction-specific terms explain when the selected service or coverage starts.

10. Applicant responsibility for information and documents

The Applicant is responsible for carefully checking names, dates of birth, nationality, passport or identity details, document type, document number, issue and expiry dates, contact details, travel dates, supporting documents, policy dates and all other information before final confirmation.

The Company may identify apparent errors or inconsistencies, but this does not transfer responsibility for the truth, authenticity, completeness or current status of the information and documents to the Company. A check performed by the Company is not document authentication and does not guarantee acceptance by an authority, insurer, bank or other third party.

Incorrect, incomplete, outdated, altered, misleading or unauthorized information may lead to delay, additional charges, cancellation, refusal, a requirement for a new application, policy problems, denial of boarding, refusal of entry or other consequences.

11. Communications

The Company may send service communications to the email address, telephone number, status page or other channel provided by the Applicant. These communications may include security verification, missing-information requests, payment status, application status, document delivery, policy delivery, cancellation or refund updates and support responses.

The Applicant must provide reachable contact details, monitor messages and spam folders and promptly respond to requests that are necessary to continue the service. Promotional communications are separate from service communications and are sent only where the applicable legal conditions are met.

12. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • submit false, misleading, altered, stolen or unauthorized information or documents;
  • impersonate another person or act without authority;
  • use a payment instrument without the cardholder's authorization;
  • attempt to bypass eligibility, security, rate-limit, payment or validation controls;
  • probe, scan, interfere with, reverse engineer or disrupt the website or its infrastructure;
  • introduce malware, automated scraping, abusive traffic or fraudulent transactions;
  • copy or exploit website content, databases, forms or software for unauthorized commercial purposes;
  • use the website in a way that violates law or the rights of another person.

The Company may reject, suspend or investigate a transaction and may preserve or disclose relevant records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal claims or compliance with a lawful request.

13. Third-party systems and links

The service may depend on official systems, insurers, payment providers, banks, communications providers, hosting providers, assistance services or other third parties. A link or technical handoff does not make the Company responsible for a third party's separate website, decision, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.

The Company will use reasonable care in selecting and integrating necessary service providers but cannot control an official authority's decision, a border assessment, an insurer's risk or claim decision, bank authorization, payment network interruption or a third-party system outage.

14. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's design, text, software, forms, databases, trademarks, graphics and other content belong to the Company or the relevant rights holder. You may use them only as necessary for your personal transaction. No right is granted to reproduce, publish, sell, adapt, scrape or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Public authority names, official portal references and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification or information.

15. Availability, maintenance and changes

The Company may maintain, update, restrict or discontinue part of the website where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service improvement or third-party changes. The Company does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

If a paid transaction cannot be performed, the rights and remedies in the transaction-specific agreement and mandatory law remain applicable. Planned or emergency maintenance does not remove the Company's obligation to handle completed transactions with reasonable care.

16. No guarantee of official or insurance outcome

The Company does not guarantee:

  • visa or e-Visa eligibility, approval, issuance, validity, number of entries or permitted stay;
  • completion by an Official Authority within a particular time;
  • boarding or admission to Türkiye;
  • acceptance of a document or policy by an authority;
  • issue of an insurance policy, continuation of coverage, acceptance of a claim or payment of indemnity;
  • availability, price or performance of a third-party service.

Any express service-time commitment in a Transaction Summary concerns only the Company's own service and is subject to the conditions and exceptions stated in the transaction-specific agreement. It does not bind an Official Authority or insurer.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable.

Subject to mandatory law, the Company is responsible for direct loss caused by its proven breach of the service it expressly agreed to provide. The Company is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by the Applicant, an Official Authority's decision, border control, an insurer's decision, a payment-provider decision, force majeure or another event outside the Company's reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for speculative or indirect losses such as loss of profit, business opportunity, reputation or anticipated savings. Travel, accommodation, event, employment or similar commitments should not be made on the assumption that an application will be approved or completed by a particular date.

Any contractual limitation is interpreted narrowly and does not affect remedies available under mandatory consumer, insurance, data-protection or other applicable law.

18. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the layered notice shown in the relevant form. Cookie and similar technology use is explained in the Cookie Policy.

A privacy notice is provided for information and is not an agreement to personal-data processing. Where the law requires explicit consent for a particular operation, that consent is requested separately, specifically and without being bundled with contract acceptance or marketing permission.

19. Amendments

The Company may update these Terms for future use of the website. The current version and revision date will be published on this page. A change does not retrospectively alter a completed transaction unless required by law or expressly agreed with the affected person.

The version presented and recorded at final confirmation governs that transaction together with its Transaction Summary and specific documents.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory rights granted to consumers or data subjects by applicable law remain reserved.

Users are encouraged to contact the Company first so that a complaint can be reviewed. Depending on the nature and value of the dispute, statutory remedies may include a consumer arbitration committee, consumer court, other competent court, the Insurance Arbitration Commission for eligible insurance disputes, a regulatory authority or another mechanism provided by law.

No clause in these Terms requires a consumer to waive a mandatory forum or remedy.

21. Language

The English and Turkish versions are intended to have the same meaning. If an inconsistency cannot be resolved, the Turkish version is used for interpretation to the extent permitted by mandatory law, without limiting a consumer's statutory language or information rights.

22. Contact

Questions, complaints and formal notices may be submitted through the contact page on visas.org.tr, sent to the registered address above or sent to the Company's KEP address. Identity or authority verification may be requested where necessary to protect personal data or process a transaction securely.

Türkiye Visa Services Supplement

Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. Scope and relationship with the general terms

This Supplement applies to Türkiye-related pages and visa support flows on visas.org.tr, including Türkiye pre-application, application, review, payment coordination, result and status functions.

It forms part of the Website Terms of Use and General Platform Terms. It does not replace them. If a provision in this Supplement is more specific to the Türkiye service, that provision applies to that subject. The transaction-specific Visa Service Terms, Preliminary Information, Distance Service Agreement and Transaction Summary also apply when the Applicant confirms a paid service.

2. Official portal and the Company's role

The official government portal for Türkiye e-Visa applications is evisa.gov.tr, operated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye. Eligible applicants may apply there directly without purchasing the Company's service.

The Company is a private service provider. It may collect, review, organize and prepare information, perform apparent consistency checks, support submission and payment steps, track the Company-side process and deliver result information or documents. The Company does not issue an e-Visa or other visa and is not the authority that decides eligibility, approval, validity, entries, permitted stay or admission to Türkiye.

3. Official source and current conditions

For Türkiye e-Visa eligibility and conditions, the live evisa.gov.tr "New Application" flow for the Applicant's country or region, travel document and travel date is the primary authority. Public summaries on visas.org.tr are intended to guide the user but must not override the live official conditions.

Eligibility may depend on nationality, travel-document type, purpose of travel, age, date, supporting visa or residence permit, airline, return ticket, accommodation, financial means or other conditions displayed by the official system. A country being listed does not mean every person from that country is eligible.

Türkiye e-Visa is intended for the purposes and persons permitted by the official system, generally tourism or trade. Work, education, long-term residence, medical treatment, research or another purpose may require a different procedure through competent Turkish authorities.

4. Possible preliminary results

A pre-application may produce a preliminary result such as:

  • the profile appears eligible to continue to an application service;
  • the traveler appears exempt from a visa for the stated trip;
  • an e-Visa does not appear available and a consular or sticker-visa procedure may be required;
  • more information or a manual review is required;
  • the selected travel document or purpose is outside the supported flow.

This result is based on the information supplied and configured rules at that time. It is not an official decision. A different result may apply if any answer, document, date or official rule changes.

5. Application process

The Türkiye flow may include:

  1. a pre-application that collects core identity, travel-document, arrival, contact and eligibility information;
  2. a preliminary result or a handoff to the full application;
  3. a multi-step application collecting the information and documents required for the selected profile;
  4. validation, correction and supporting-document checks;
  5. selection of the Company's processing option;
  6. review of an immutable Transaction Summary and legal documents;
  7. payment coordination;
  8. preparation, submission support, tracking and document or result delivery;
  9. Company-side status access using the transaction reference and verification information.

A person may enter the full application directly where the system permits. Information already provided may be securely carried into the next stage through an opaque, time-limited workflow reference.

6. Passport, travel document and information accuracy

The Applicant must enter all names, date of birth, nationality, document type, document number, issue and expiry dates and other details exactly as shown in the travel document that will be used for travel.

The Applicant must also confirm that the selected country or region corresponds to the issuing country of the travel document, not merely current residence or place of birth.

An issued e-Visa cannot necessarily be amended. Incorrect information may require a new application and new official or service fees. A mismatch may result in denial of boarding or entry even where a document has been issued.

Each traveler, including a child or infant, must have the separate visa or authorization required for that person. A representative submitting an application must have lawful authority.

7. Supporting documents and additional conditions

Where the official flow requires a supporting visa, residence permit, ticket, hotel information, sufficient funds, airline condition or another declaration, the Applicant must meet that condition on the relevant date and retain evidence for travel.

The Company may ask for a document or confirmation to perform its checks. A Company check concerns visible consistency and does not guarantee authenticity, continued validity or acceptance by the official system, airline, border officer or other authority.

The Applicant must promptly provide requested corrections or documents. Delay or failure to respond may make the selected service window impossible and may lead to suspension or cancellation under the transaction-specific agreement.

8. Processing options

The website may offer Company processing options such as Standard, Fast and Express, including specific Express windows. These labels describe the priority and target window for the Company's own review, preparation, operational handling and delivery activities. They do not accelerate or bind the decision-making time of the official evisa.gov.tr system or any public authority.

A Company service window begins only when all conditions stated in the Transaction Summary are met, including complete and accurate information, required documents, successful payment and any necessary confirmation. The window may be affected by a correction request, the Applicant's response time, official-system unavailability, payment review, force majeure or another exception expressly stated before payment.

Where the Transaction Summary contains an express Company performance commitment, that commitment applies only to the Company's own service and must be interpreted together with its start event, cutoff rules and stated exceptions.

9. Fees

The payment screen may separately show:

  • the Company's visa application support or processing fee;
  • an official e-Visa or visa-document fee applicable to the profile;
  • bank, card or payment-processing charges;
  • optional insurance premium or another separately selected product.

The Applicant must review the currency, each item and the total before confirmation. The official fee is determined by the applicable official process and is not the Company's service fee.

Refunds and cancellation are governed by the transaction-specific agreement, the stage of performance, amounts already paid to an official or third-party system and mandatory law. Official or third-party fees may be recoverable only if the relevant recipient's rules permit it.

10. Optional insurance

A result or application page may offer travel or health insurance. Insurance is a separate product and is not automatically part of the visa service. The Applicant must actively select it and review the insurer, policy period, premium, coverage, exclusions and policy terms.

Mark Sigorta acts as an insurance agency within its authority; the insurer identified in the quote and policy provides coverage. Purchasing insurance does not guarantee visa approval, policy acceptance by an authority or entry into Türkiye.

11. Official decision, document and border control

Approval, refusal, validity, permitted stay, number of entries and additional conditions are determined by the competent official system and authorities.

Even an issued e-Visa or visa does not create an absolute right of entry. Border officers retain the powers granted by law. Travelers should carry the required passport, supporting documents and a digital or printed copy of the e-Visa where advised by the official portal.

The Company is not responsible for a border decision or airline decision that is outside its control, but mandatory rights relating to the Company's own service remain reserved.

12. Status and delivery

The Türkiye status pages show the Company's workflow record and any result or provider information available to the Company. Unless expressly stated, they are not a live government status service.

The Applicant must protect the reference and email account, monitor service messages and verify the delivered document immediately. Any apparent error must be reported without delay. Delivery to the email address or secure status area supplied by the Applicant is considered electronic delivery, subject to mandatory law and proof of dispatch.

13. Travel arrangements

The Applicant should not purchase non-refundable travel, accommodation or event arrangements solely on the assumption that an application will be approved or completed by a particular time. The Company is not responsible for an Official Authority's delay or decision. Liability for the Company's own proven breach remains governed by the transaction-specific agreement and mandatory law.

14. Privacy

Türkiye-specific processing is described in the Türkiye Privacy Supplement and the Visa Privacy Notice shown in the form. Information may be shared with the official system and other recipients necessary for the selected service, subject to applicable data-protection law.

15. Language, law and contact

This Supplement is governed by Turkish law and preserves mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. The English and Turkish versions are intended to have the same meaning; the Turkish text is used for interpretation to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

Türkiye service questions may be submitted through the Türkiye contact page. The Company may provide a country-specific telephone channel there; the availability of that channel does not alter the legal identity of the Company.
