This is a separate declaration. It is not part of the general contract acceptance and it is not required in order to use the service. Its control is empty by default and is ticked only if the Applicant decides to make the request.
1. What is being requested
By making this request the Applicant asks Mark Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi (the "Company") to begin the visa application support service selected in this transaction before the statutory withdrawal period for that service expires.
The early work covered by this request is the Company's own preparation: intake review, consistency and document checks, form preparation and submission support for the selected processing option. It does not cover, and cannot cover, an official decision.
2. Effect of the request on the withdrawal right
Where the service is performed, or fully performed by both parties, following this request, the statutory withdrawal right for that service may be limited or may end. That happens only to the extent the conditions set by mandatory law for the relevant exception are met in this transaction.
Ticking the control does not by itself remove the right. If the Applicant withdraws while the right is still available and the service has already begun, the Company may retain only the reasonable value of the work actually performed, as described in the cancellation and refund terms.
3. The right to decline and what follows
The Applicant may decline to make this request. In that case the Company does not begin the requested early work before the applicable withdrawal period expires, unless another lawful start condition applies.
If declining makes the selected processing option unusable for the intended travel date, this is stated before payment. Another processing option or another arrival date may be selected, or the transaction may be abandoned without cost.
4. Rights that remain
This request does not affect the mandatory remedies available for a defective, late or non-performed Company service. Those remedies may include repeat performance, a price reduction, termination or a refund where the legal conditions are met.
An official or third-party amount remains subject to its own rules. A request made later may still be considered under the Company's contractual cancellation policy.
The date, time, the revision of this declaration and the fact that it was given are recorded with the transaction as a separate record, distinct from the contract acceptance.
